The Green Solar Finance team is lead by Kathy Marshall and David McGann and is comprised of professionals who average 25 years of experience in the finance and power sectors. • GSF Project Finance Program

• Preferred Stock Investment for Solar Technology Company
  Secured investment of preferred equity (rounds B and C) for a preeminent utility scale solar technology company with a pipeline of over 3GW under development to bring to market a unique solar tower technology that will be deployed in the projects. 
• Project Financing for Solar EPC
  Acted as interim Director of Project Finance to solar EPC.  Assisted in placing, structuring and negotiating project financing for 17 MW pool of solar projects.
• Early Stage Warrants and Tax Equity Financing to Major U.S. Residential Solar Developer
  Secured investment in a form of a warrant and a tax equity line to the largest U.S. residential solar developer.  Designed a unique solar leasing structure that is utilized in its offering to residential customers. 
• Warrants for Recurrent Energy
  Developed and executed investment in the form of a value enhancing warrant for a solar developer which led to a substantial capital infusion by a major strategic investor followed by a sale.
